Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Anonymous ID: a random identifier (UUID) generated in your browser on your first visit. It cannot identify who you are and is used only to store your records and prevent abusive submissions.
• Nickname: entered only when you post a score to the leaderboard (up to 12 characters). Please avoid using your real name or anything that could identify you.
• Game records: your scores, chosen difficulty, and brain-age test results, stored together with the anonymous ID.

Browser storage (localStorage)

Your anonymous ID, nickname, and personal best records are kept in your browser via localStorage. They are sent to our servers only when needed — for example, when you submit a score — and you can remove them at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

Storage and processing

Submitted scores and brain-age results are stored in a cloud database (Convex), and the site is served on Cloudflare infrastructure. Stored records are used only for leaderboards and aggregate statistics.

Analytics

• Cloudflare Web Analytics: a cookie-free analytics tool that collects only anonymous statistics such as page views, referrers, and region. It does not track individual visitors.

Advertising

The site may display ads served by Google AdSense and Kakao AdFit. Ad providers may use cookies to show interest-based ads; you can manage personalized ads at Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com). No ads are shown during gameplay.

Children under 14

Because Brain Malang does not collect personally identifying information, no separate parental-consent process is required. We also ask that nicknames contain no identifying information.

Your choices and contact

Clearing your browser’s site data removes your anonymous ID and local records; afterwards you are treated as a new visitor. To request deletion of records stored on our servers, contact us at the address below. If this policy changes, we will update this page along with the revision date.
